The Captain's Word Captain's Day The day started like a winters day, wet and very windy. Driving down we could see a break in the weather and sure enough is cleared up and we play on. We had a great turn out for the day that was in it, all of 20 people turned up. We thank you all for your support. The overall winner was once again Paddy Corcoran, who liked this course having won here last year. Other winners on the day were C. McGuinn and M. O'Brien and well done to Jim Johnston on winning the visitors prize having had great help from his caddy (his Son). Lisbon 09 Click here for the teams We are well on our way for the trip next year to Lisbon next year. The hotel and the golf is booked, the T-Shirts are at the printers' as I speak. Next year we have two none playing Captains: Peter (Who let the Dogs out) Flynn & Brian (Gunner) Ruddell. I'm sure we all would like to wish the very best of luck.
